A.         Personal Information

 

(1)         In order to access or use the Service, you are required to register an account with us at the Site where we collect information about you and such personal information includes your name, company name, email address, postal address, phone number (including your mobile phone number).

 

(2)         In the case of merchants, we collect further information from you, including but not limited to your company details such as company registered name, trading name, company registration number, address details, contact details, and bank details.

 

B.         Usage Information

 

(1)         We may use technologies that collect, process and store certain data about the use of the Service on an aggregate and/or anonymous basis. This information may be non-identifying or may be associated with you. Any such information associated with your personal information will be treated as personal information.

 

C.         URL & IP Address

The Company and/or any other authorized third parties with whom we have contracted may collect your Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) which indicates to us the website you visited prior and after visiting the Site, the type of browser you used and your Internet Protocol Address (“IP Address”).

We may provide these merchants and buyers with access to user information, and your personal information, only as necessary to carry out or receive the services being provided (namely address details, contact details, driver details, vehicle details, location details and image content). These parties are bound by privacy restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this Policy.

 

(3)         Third party service providers work on website or application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us. These third parties may have access to and/or process your personal information, in connection with providing these services. Such third party providers agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information.

 

(4)         We use a payment processing company to receive and process your financial transactions for us. Unless we tell you differently, our payment processing company does not have the right to use your financial information which we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.

4.         Right of Opt-Out, Removal and Correction
